RCKa Featured in Brick Bulletin

The Winter 2010 edition of Brick Bulletin will shortly be published, and includes a number of quotes from RCKa Director Tim Riley, as well as illustrations of some projects we are currently working which employ brick in innovative and interesting ways – including the Meadow Street Redevelopment in Preston and the Moreland Street Redevelopment in Islington, London.
In the profile, Tim discusses the practice’s use of brick, and its appeal to architects:
On close inspection, the depth of colour and texture become very apparent. But stepping back, the façade as a whole adopts a natural patina, properties not apparent with many other materials.
The Brick Bulletin is a long-standing journal which consistently features beautiful buildings, and we are delighted to have contributed to this latest edition.
